Supervisors
The list includes Primary supervisors from our Hosting institutions and Secondary supervisors from our Associated partner institutions, which fellows can visit during secondments (secondment is a period of research training with a partner organisation implemented to enrich the training experience of a researcher).
Note that at the application stage, candidates need to contact a chosen Primary supervisor who will assist them in proposal preparation as well as provide a Letter of support from the Host Institution. Together with the Primary supervisor, applicants should also discuss a choice of secondments that best fits their proposal.
The SMASH postdocs will need to have at least two secondments during their appointment: one with hosting institutions or associated partners in Slovenia and one with associated partners abroad. At least one of these secondments should be interdisciplinary or intersectoral. Note that primary supervisors from Host institutions can therefore act also as secondary supervisors during secondments.
