2nd HPC Vega Introductory Workshop for SMASH Fellows

This workshop comprised two distinct segments. Part 1 consisted of two presentations: the first focused on general information about HPC Vega, and the second covered how to apply for resources and the "Terms of Use" on HPC Vega. Part 2 featured an interactive, hands-on demonstration of utilising the Vega HPC system, encompassing both, the prompt environment and the On Demand setup.

14 SMASH fellows were following the workshop and 9 fellows successfully navigated the account creation process logged into the system and explored the HPC Vega environment. The video recording is available.
