Miha Moškon

Miha Moškon is an associate professor at the University of Ljubljana, Faculty of Computer and Information Science. His research interests include complementation of dynamic and constraint-based models with machine learning approaches to make explainable decisions in the context of personalised medicine. Within his research group, he is working on different computational pipelines to automatise the reconstruction, analysis, and interpretation of large-scale computational models with systems biology and systems medicine applications. He has lead or collaborated on various projects, received several awards for his research achievements, and serves as an editorial board member in BMC Bioinformatics and Neural Computing & Applications.
