Ivaylo Nedelchev

He is associated professor of Electrical measurements at the department of Electrical Engineering and Measurements and founding Head of the Signauticlab – laboratory for measurement of underwater signals, noises and vibrations at the Technical University of Varna. He is director of the of the Electrical measurements laboratory in TU - Varna. His work is related to data analysis and research in the field of underwater acoustics, signal processing of underwater noises and sounds.
