Gianfranco Bertone

is the director of European Consortium for Astroparticle Theory (EuCAPT) and recipient of a number of EU and National grants including ERC starting grant, MSCA IF grant. He is one of the pioneers of the use of gravitational waves as probes of dark matter, and is currently developing machine learning tools for the discovery and characterization of exotic gravitational waveforms arising from dark matter.
