Nina Črnivec

dr. Nina Črnivec is a meteorologist and climate scientist in the Atmospheric Science Group at the Faculty of Mathematics and Physics, University of Ljubljana. Her research focuses on shallow clouds, solar and terrestrial radiation, cloud-radiative interactions and feedbacks, as well as tropical cyclone dynamics. She serves as an editorial board member of the EGU journal Geoscientific Model Development. Within the World Climate Research Programme's Fresh Eyes on CMIP project she steers a global group of scientists striving to advance data analysis tools and methodologies for the next generation of climate models.
